FleetConnect is a data controller for information we collect about you and we will inform you when we collect data unless the collection is decided by law, notification is impossible or difficult.

We collect, process your Personal Data for the purposes and on the legal bases identified in the following:

· Providing our websites:

We will process your Personal Data to the extent this is necessary for the performance of our contract with you for the use of our websites and to fulfil our obligations under the applicable terms of use/service; where we have not entered into a contract with you, we base the processing of your Personal Data on our legitimate interest to operate and administer our websites and to provide you with content.

· Promoting security of our websites:

We will process your Personal Data by tracking use of our websites, creating aggregated, non-personal data, verifying accounts and activity.

· Handling contact and user support requests:

FleetConnect may record phone calls for security and training purposes. We will inform you when we do it and you will have the right to opt out.

In case of Customer Satisfaction Indicators, we will on occasion ask you about your customer service experience. This feedback is used to give customers better products, services, measure the effect of improvements and look at customer satisfaction and customer behaviour over time.

For all paid customers, we maintain a record of service subscriptions, invoices and payments.

Billing information and payment records are processed in order to provide services to our paid customers and to comply with legal and contractual requirements.
